Autobuild
Purah Pad Ability Β· Instant Construction
In Action
ποΈ What Is Autobuild?
Autobuild allows Link to instantly recreate any previously built Ultrahand
construction using nearby materials β or Zonaite if parts are missing. It stores
blueprints from structures Link has built or discovered, letting him deploy a
complex vehicle or machine in seconds without manually assembling every piece.
πΊοΈ Where to Obtain It
Autobuild is received from Master Kohga in the Depths after
defeating him in their second encounter. It is not available from the start and
requires progressing into the Depths to unlock, making it a mid-game reward for
exploration.
π Saving & Using Blueprints
- Any structure you build with Ultrahand is automatically saved.
- Blueprints can be favourited for quick access from the ability menu.
- Discovered pre-built Ancient Zonai structures are also saved on sight.
- Up to a certain number of blueprints can be stored at once.
π Vehicle & Machine Uses
- Instantly spawn a previously built flying machine anywhere in Hyrule.
- Redeploy combat vehicles outside enemy camps with a single button press.
- Reconstruct a raft or cart at a river or rail without searching for parts.
- Spawn proven shrine-puzzle solutions immediately on re-entry.
π Exploration Uses
- Quickly build a glider to cross large gaps in the Depths.
- Spawn a bridge blueprint to cross rivers without manual assembly.
- Deploy a climbing aid at cliff faces that lack natural handholds.
- Recreate sky-reaching towers to launch toward Sky Islands.
β‘ Tips & Tricks
- Missing materials are substituted with Zonaite from your inventory.
- Favourite your most-used builds to avoid scrolling through the list.
- Discover Ancient Zonai Constructs to unlock their blueprints for free.
- Combine with Recall to rewind an Autobuild vehicle back along its path.
Champion's Tip: Build and save a reliable flying machine early β a
simple wing with two fans and a steering stick is enough. Favourite it in Autobuild
and you'll have air transport available anywhere in Hyrule at a moment's notice,
saving enormous time travelling between regions.
